Merchants in Malaysia are now able to execute shipment with Flash Express’s logistic service without application or activation process. Flash Expressis available for domestic deliveries.

Service introduction

Parcels must be packaged according to Flash Express’s packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labeled will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Flash Express at the shipper’s cost.
Flash Express reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled.

Shipment process
Step 1: Create shipments
Click on the “+ Create Shipment” button on the top right of the [Shipment] page, choose to create “Point to Point order” or “Bulk Shipment”.

⭕️Please note:
- Order details will be sent from OneShip to Flash Express. Once the Flash Express system has created an order, the delivery status will be updated to “Created.” You can now print out the label and wait for Flash Express to pick up the parcel.
- Same-day pickup is not currently supported.
- Parcel size is a reference for Flash Express to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order. The delivery fee will be charged based on parcel weight after Flash Express measures the actual weight in their distribution center.

Step 2: Print out waybill and label parcel
Select shipment by click on the “square-box” on the left side of OneShip Order No., choose to “Print Label” or “Print Labels in Bulk”.

Note: To ensure successful label scanning, please use “label machine and 100x150mm(4x6Inch) thermal label paper” or “A4 blank waybill” to print. If the label cannot be recognized when entering the warehouse, the product will be returned.
Step 3: Flash Express Pick Up Booking
After “SHIPPED” the orders, please select the order and choose “Pick-up Service” and please fill in the total number of parcels for collection.
Step 4: Flash Express Driver Pickup
A driver will come on the reserved date to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone.

Shipment note:
If your parcel is damaged, missing, or in other extreme cases while being delivered by Flash Express, Flash Express will send a notification mail to the sender for further action. If you have other questions please contact OneShip for assistance.
Returning note:
If parcel been delivered to customer 3 times but cannot reach them, parcel will be sent back to shipper with no extra charge.
MYR logistics options pricing & details
– For promotion and price list, please refer to Flash Express Rate Card
– COD remittance date varies from courier to courier, generally by 3rd week of the month.
– COD Fee: 3.00% on Parcel declared value. Maximum parcel value is RM7000 per COD domestic parcel
– The return surcharge is 100% of the standard delivery service fee.
