Merchants in Malaysia are now able to execute shipment with Ninja Van’s logistic service without application or activation process. Ninja Van is currently available for both domestic and cross-border to Singapore deliveries.

Service introduction

Parcels must be packaged according to Ninja Van’s packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labelled will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Ninja Van at the shipper’s cost.
Ninja Van reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labelled.
Note: The domestic delivery lead time as followed:
Klang Valley 1-3 Days
Outstation 3-5 Days
East Malaysia 3-7 Days
Shipment process
Step 1: Create shipments
Click on the “+ Create Shipment” button on the top right of the [Shipment] page, choose to create “Point to Point order” or “Bulk Shipment”.

Please note:
- Order details will be sent from OneShip to Ninja Van. Once the Ninja Van system has created an order, the delivery status will be updated to “Created.” You can now print out the label and wait for Ninja Van to pick up the parcel.
- Same-day pickup is not currently supported.
- Parcel size is a reference for Ninja Van to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order. The delivery fee will be charged based on parcel weight after Ninja Van measures the actual weight in their distribution center.
- For drop-off option, please refer to the Ninjavan drop-off location.
- For parcel delivers to Singapore, the product price must be in SGD currency.
Step 2: Print out waybill and label parcel
Select shipment by click on the “square-box” on the left side of OneShip Order No., choose to “Print Label” or “Print Labels in Bulk”.

Note: To ensure successful label scanning, please use “label machine and 100x150mm(4x6Inch) thermal label paper” or “A4 blank waybill” to print. If the label cannot be recognized when entering the warehouse, the product will be returned.
Step 3: Ninja Van Driver Pickup
A driver will come on the reserved date to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone.

Shipment note:
If your parcel is damaged, missing, or in other extreme cases while being delivered by Ninja Van, Ninja Van will send a notification mail to sender for further action. If you have other question please contact OneShip for assistance.
Returning note:
If parcel been delivered to customer 3 times but cannot reach them, parcel will be sent back to shipper with no extra charge.
MYR logistics options pricing & details
– For promotion and price list, please refer to Ninjavan Rate Card
– COD remittance date is vary from courier to courier, generally by 3rd week of the month.
– Items with value greater than SGD400 per consignment and/or equal or more than 5 parcels to the same consignee at the same day are dutiable and will be subject to additional permit fees.
