The default template will be sent in the corresponding language according to the recipient&#8217;s country.<span class=\"wysiwyg-color-red\">\u00a0Once the content of the SMS is customized, multi-language SMS will no longer be supported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-black\">2.Any modification in the template is considered as customization. The custom template will be sent in the language you have edited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-black\">3.Even if you clear the custom template and return to the default template, multi-language SMS will no longer be supported, the SMS will be sent in the default language of your OneShip account.Please update the SMS Content if you have international orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01GK0M51FF2JZZTT5C2465QYP7\">Supplementary Note<\/h2>\n<p>1. If you are an OneClub free plan subscriber, only the default template and notification of the \u300cpicked up\u300dstatus can be supported.
