International delivery will soon be available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s2\">The standard delivery time is Monday &#8211; Saturday, 9am to 10pm. As for collection time, Monday &#8211; Friday is before 6pm, and on Saturday, it is before 12.30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td class=\"td6\">\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s2\">Singapore<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-red\">Note:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1 wysiwyg-color-red\">Maximum weight limit of parcels is up to 30kg.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1 wysiwyg-color-red\">Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1 wysiwyg-color-red\">For collection volume above 200 per day, please inform SingPost one working day in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1 wysiwyg-color-red\">SingPost does not support cancellations after placing an order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p5\">For packaging guidelines and regulations please refer to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1ykW7LLXiunVIBpHLUUD7v6ZvdnoIykli\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SingPost Mailing &amp; Packaging Guideline.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Parcels must be packaged according to SingPost&#8217;s packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labelled will be subject to relabelling and\/or repackaging by SingPost at the shipper&#8217;s cost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">SingPost reserves the right to reject and\/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labelled.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01GKR6K6MTDPF9YE2F3ZJ29B2H\" class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><strong>Basic Liabilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, SingPost provide compensate a maximum amount of SGD 150 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><strong>Lost shipment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf your parcel suspect your shipment is lost, please kindly email us at\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"mailto:Cs@oneship.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cs@oneship.io\u00a0<\/a>with the tracking reference number, description of content and the delivery address.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><strong>Damage shipment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"mailto:Cs@oneshio.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cs@oneshio.io\u00a0<\/a><strong>within seven (7) days<\/strong>from receiving. Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process:<\/div>\n<ol class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__ordered\">\n<li>Image of the physical label<\/li>\n<li>External image of the packaging<\/li>\n<li>Internal image of the packaging<\/li>\n<li>Image of the physical parcel and area of damage<\/li>\n<li>Invoice of shipment with tracking reference number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">If claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, courier shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void.<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_01G51746X5NCZW4QSP56NV2A26\" class=\"p1\"><strong>Shipment process<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p2\">Step 1: Create shipments<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Go to [Shipments] &gt; \u201cOrder Management\u201d, select the orders to \u201cShip\u201d or \u201cBulk Execute Shipment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/support.oneship.io\/hc\/article_attachments\/4936725281295\/mceclip0.png\" alt=\"mceclip0.png\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Please note:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Order details will be sent from OneShip to SingPost. Once the SingPost system has created an order, the delivery status will be updated to &#8220;Created.&#8221; You can now print out the label and wait for SingPost to pick up the parcel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\"><span class=\"s1\">Order Submission Cut-off timing: 16:00 Monday to Friday<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\"><span class=\"s1\">Delivery Hours: 09:00 &#8211; 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 &#8211; 12:30 on Saturdays (excluding Sundays &amp; Public Holidays)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\"><span class=\"s1\">Same-day pickup is not currently supported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li8\"><span class=\"s1\">Parcel size is a reference for SingPost to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order.
