Ninjavan is currently only available for domestic deliveries within Singapore. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labelled will be subject to relabelling and\/or repackaging by Ninja Van at the shipper&#8217;s cost.<\/p>\n<p>Ninja Van reserves the right to reject and\/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labelled.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_01GKR6VJ97VCJZ4HQA25WRJB6G\"><strong>Basic Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">Courier Basic Liability: In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, Ninjavan provides compensate a maximum amount of SGD 100 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><strong>Lost shipment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf your parcel suspect your shipment is lost, please kindly email us at\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"mailto:Cs@oneship.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cs@oneship.io<\/a>\u00a0with the tracking reference number, description of content and the delivery address.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><strong>Damage shipment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"mailto:Cs@oneshio.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cs@oneshio.io<\/a>\u00a0<strong>within seven (7) days\u00a0<\/strong>from receiving. Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process:<\/div>\n<ol class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__ordered\">\n<li>Image of the physical label<\/li>\n<li>External image of the packaging<\/li>\n<li>Internal image of the packaging<\/li>\n<li>Image of the physical parcel and area of damage<\/li>\n<li>Invoice of shipment with tracking reference number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">If claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, courier shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void.<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h_01FE0XMQWVKMMT9YCTWNRSWS8B\"><strong>Shipment process<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1: Create shipments<\/h3>\n<p>Click on the \u201c+ Create Shipment\u201d button on the top right of the [Shipment] page, choose to create \u201cPoint to Point order\u201d or \u201cBulk Shipment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/support.oneship.io\/hc\/article_attachments\/4405758202639\/Screen_Shot_2021-08-30_at_11.54.31_AM.png\" alt=\"Screen_Shot_2021-08-30_at_11.54.31_AM.png\" \/><br \/>\nfor step by step instruction please refer to:<\/p>\n<p>A.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.oneship.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4402638198927\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How do I book for a shipment? Once the Ninjavan system has created an order, the delivery status will be updated to &#8220;Created.&#8221; You can now print out the label and wait for Ninjavan to pick up the parcel.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-color-red\">Same-day pickup is not currently supported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Parcel size is a reference for Ninjavan to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order.
